Academic Background

Lubica Hudaková finished in 2008 her study with the master thesis Die privaten Stiftungsinschriften des funerären Bereichs des Alten Reiches und der 1. Zwischenzeit. She now works as a research assistant on The MEKETRE Project founded by FWF (Austrian Science Fund) and conducted at the Institute of Egyptology on the University of Vienna, aiming to reach the PhD degree.

Hudaková is specializing in the traveling activities of Hungarian aristocratic families, whose travels to Egypt often led to the compilation of travel albums and to the formation of art collections, now spread in different institutions.
